• All sales are final. Each Wildrye Silver Co piece is handcrafted with care and made to last. However, due to the delicate nature of stones, I cannot be responsible for any breakage.

• If any silver components are damaged, please reach out via email ([email protected]) with a photo, and we can discuss possible solutions.

• Please double-check your ring and wrist sizes before ordering, as Wildrye Silver Co is not responsible for incorrect sizing. All pieces are made to a specific size and cannot be resized.


Wildrye Silver Co Shipping Policy:

Processing Time: Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. Custom or made-to-order pieces may take longer, with estimated timelines provided at checkout or during our initial discussion.

Shipping Methods: All orders are shipped via USPS with tracking provided. If you need expedited shipping, please reach out before or after your purchase, additional charges will apply. 

Lost or Stolen Packages: Wildrye Silver Co is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been shipped. Please contact USPS for any shipping issues.

International Shipping: We currently ship within the U.S. only. International shipping may be available in the future.

Address Accuracy: Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Wildrye Silver Co is not responsible for packages shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
